Director of Bars at Rosewood Phonm Penh Bob Louison and Bar Manager Udom Chhoun

The team from Sora Bar will be coming down to Singapore for two guest shifts as part of SGCF 2023! Leading the guest shifts are Director of Bars at Rosewood Phonm Penh Bob Louison and Bar Manager Udom Chhoun, serving up a sneak peek of their upcoming menu Book of Yokai: a new menu featuring Japanese folklore. 

The four cocktails from the menu will showcase true-blue Cambodian ingredients, such as rice, palm sugar, and kampot pepper, offering an insight to Cambodian flavours and cuisine. 

Sora Bar is the highest sky bar in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, spotlighting Cambodian ingredients with sophisticated cocktails as well as sporting a whisky library in-house.
