Thanks to the wonderful community here on Insta, I came across Junimperium from Tallinn, Estonia. I reached out to Tarvo, the co-founder who then went out of his way to get it to me! I plagued him until I got my two bottles (thank you, Tarvo!)😊
But hey, they finally arrived and I am absolutely enjoying them!
This dry Gin has a variety of three juniper berries blended with Estonia’s local berries. It has the usual suspects - coriander seeds and Angelica root but also features two secret Estonian ingredients (am curious as to what they are! 🤔)
On the nose, strong hints of juniper come through. There’s a slight peppery taste which lingers on the palate and in my usual G & T form, it bears a very citrus forward. So happy to have this in my hand now!
