I'm a sucker for negronis, and this riff to kick off Negroni Week was one of my favourites yet. Swapped out gin for @segredoaldeia's deliciously smooth Cafe Rum, added a couple of dashes of @tanglinginofsingapore's mandarin orange bitters, then followed the standard additions of Campari and sweet vermouth.
Would've looked a whole lot nicer with clear ice, but heck, it tasted fantastic. 10/10 would drink this any day, Negroni Week or not.
